Always ensure the crown is fully inserted and securely closed. Avoid water exposure and extreme heat, as temperature changes and moisture can cause internal condensation and affect the movement. If your watch includes an upgraded water resistance option, make sure the crown is tightly closed and avoid hot water..

 

Keep the watch away from corrosive liquids and clean it with a soft, dry cloth if contact occurs. Handle with care to avoid impacts, and store it in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight. Regular servicing by a trusted watchmaker is recommended.

Can I adjust the strap size?

Yes. Every order includes a complimentary adjustment tool kit, so you can easily size the strap yourself at home. We recommend following our step by step adjustment guide carefully to ensure the best fit.

What movements do you use?

We use original Seiko movements, including NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72, VK61, VK63, and VK64. These movements are globally recognised for their reliability, accuracy, and durability, making them ideal for everyday wear.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes. All of our watches are covered by one year warranty against manufacturing defects, especially related to the movement. If you experience any issues or notice abnormal performance, simply contact us and we will assist you.

Can I remove the Seiko logo?

Absolutely! You would need to choose “No Seiko logo” option, and we will handle it accordingly.

Are you affiliated with Seiko?

No, we are not affiliated with Seiko in any way. We use genuine Seiko movements for their proven quality and reliability, then hand assemble each watch using custom aftermarket components selected specifically for each client.

Where are the watches assembled?

Our workshop is based in Japan, from where we ship internationally. To reduce waiting times, in certain cases, some custom builds may be assembled outside the country due to parts availability. If this applies to your order, you will always be informed in advance.
